Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Pizza Recipe!

As unbelievable as it sounds, there is such thing as a gluten-free and dairy-free pizza! I know... super crazy! Who would have known? This pizza tastes absolutely amazing!! Here is my recipe: 

1/2 Zucchini (sliced) 
1 Avocado 
1 Onion (your discretion on how much you want) 
1 1/2 Slices Canadian Bacon 
2 tbsp Earth Balance Organic Whipped Buttery Spread 
Olive Oil 
Canola Oil 

Slice half of a zucchini. Chop up some of your onion. I love caramelized onions, so I chop a lot! 

Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan and cook your Canadian bacon. Set aside. 

Melt one tablespoon of the buttery spread in a pan and cook your onions, stirring frequently until caramelized. I recommend putting your onions on a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time so they can really caramelize. Set aside. 

VERY lightly spread olive oil on your pizza crust. Less is better than more. Put your pizza crust into the oven and cook as directed. DO not cook it for too much longer than directed. It will become hard and crispy... trust me. 

Put a little bit of canola oil on a paper towel and lightly coat your pan. Cook your zucchini until golden brown on each side. Set aside. 

Take your pizza out of the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. 

Lightly rinse your basil. Dry and slice it. 

Put your pizza on a plate and assemble as follows. First place your zucchini slices on your pizza. Now slice your avocado and lightly salt. Place your slices on your pizza. "Sprinkle" your onions and then your Canadian bacon. Finally add your basil.
