My Favorite Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Foods!

I have only been gluten-free and dairy-free for about a week and a half, but I have already found many amazing foods! Coming from an ex-ice cream and cheese addict, that is saying a lot. I always thought gluten-free consisted of rice cakes and very bland weird foods. Who knew it could actually be good? Let alone great? My switch in diet was not a choice, but a necessity. I have found it to actually be quiet easy. I have no complaints. Here are some delicious foods I have discovered:

- I added chopped walnuts, blueberries, and one teaspoon of vanilla - fabulous! 

- I added lots of chocolate chips and one teaspoon of vanilla - too good for words!
