Fitness Friday - Week 26

Hi loves! Happy (almost) Halloween! :D Do you have any exciting plans for this weekend? Let me know in the comments below! 

Saturday I did 21 push ups, 49 reverse crunches, 35 Russian twists, and 38 legs-up crunches (lying on back with legs up and bent like you are sitting in a chair). The weird numbers I chose for these exercises were because I coordinated them with football. Every time my team scored, I would do exercises! I did not do a different exercise for each score because I felt that would not have given me the best workout. I wanted to do a substantial amount of each exercise, which is why I only chose four different exercises. If you are a sports fan, this is a really great way to workout! Sunday I did 100 jumping jacks. I stretched for 32 minutes and danced for 45 minutes. I also did my Awesome Abs Workout. Yesterday I did my Awesome Abs Workout

As you can see, I did not complete last week's challenge. I was not feeling the best this week, so I decided to take a break and rest. I also iced some areas that were bothering me. 

~Challenge~ 

Since I did not finish last week's challenge, I decided to repeat it this week. For those who did complete the challenge, repeating it will still be beneficial for you. You can keep with the three workouts you chose last week or you can change it up a bit! I suggest that you switch it up, so you can recruit different muscle groups. If you did not complete last week's challenge, this is your second chance!
