Fitness Friday - Week 24

Hi loves! I hope you all were able to complete the last challenge!! How did you do? Let me know in the comments below! 

Monday I walked for 3 miles and I stretched for 30 minutes. On Wednesday I walked for 2 miles and stretched for 20 minutes. Yesterday I went on a 4.5 mile walk and stretched for 30 minutes. Today I completed my Full Body Workout and stretched for 35 minutes. 

This week I just walked as much as I could. Tomorrow is the last day of warm weather, so I will probably go on a walk again. It is supposed to drop 20 degrees on Sunday and continue to go down from there. It will not be warm again until Spring. It is bittersweet for me because I really love the warm weather, but I also want it to snow! :D
