Fitness Friday - Week 23

Hi loves! I hope you are all doing well! :D How did you do on last week's challenge? Let me know in the comments below!

On Saturday I did a 4 mile walk. Wednesday I stretched for 25 minutes and I danced for 30 minutes. Yesterday I went on a 1 1/2 mile walk. Today I went on an 8 mile walk. For part of my walk, I went a little bit on the trails through my local National Forest. I did this for two reasons: One, there were people around, so I was not as terrified. Two, I wanted to be able to say that I have walked through a National Forest. It just sounds cool... I am going to go further next time; however, I want to go a little bit earlier in the day. I also stretched for 15 minutes.

I did not work out as much this week. I am definitely going to make an effort to do better this upcoming week! I love to stretch and I only stretched for two days (terrible!). I am making a personal goal to stretch at least five days next week.


This week's workout is a full body workout. It will get your legs, arms, butt, and core. The jumping jacks and the high knees also bring a cardio element into the workout. Your challenge is to complete this workout at least once this upcoming week! Check it out below!
