Fitness Friday - Week 20

Saturday I stretched for 14 minutes and danced for 35 minutes. Lately my hip has been feeling much better. I am sooo excited that I am able to dance again!! On Monday I went for a 3.5 mile walk. I ended up getting partially rained on (oh, the joy...). Tuesday I did last week's challenge, my Easy Morning Workout. I completed it again on Wednesday morning as well.


I only have a little bit over a week of school left (cue the party poppers, streamers, and balloons). So, it has been difficult finding time to workout. My Easy Morning Workout came in handy when I was busy this week. This week's challenge is going to be an extension of last week's challenge: Complete my Easy Morning workout at least three times this week.
