Fitness Friday - Week 18

Hi loves! Hopefully you all have had a great week! Did you enjoy last week's challenge? Let me know in the comments below!

Saturday I went on a 3 mile walk. Monday I went to the gym and did my Treadmill Interval Workout (see it here). I did the whole thing this time because I got to the gym early enough! Monday I went on a 4.5 mile walk. Wednesday I went on a 3.5 mile walk. I went through a new neighborhood- Oh my gosh. The houses were huge and gorgeous! It was a shorter walk, but it was really hilly. I am definitely going to be doing it again!

Today I attempted to dance. I lasted about 6 minutes. In a previous post awhile back I mentioned that I hurt my hip. I still haven't recovered enough to dance. :( I can run, but dancing requires too much hip action. Lol I also stretched for 18 minutes. Afterwards I did my 20 Minute Workout, which was last week's challenge. 


This week's challenge is going to be the same workout as last week - the 20 Minute Workout. Instead of only doing this workout one time, do it at least two times this week.
