Fitness Friday - Week 17

It is MAY! Wow. I cannot believe I am going to be graduating in one month. I cannot believe that summer is so close!! Time is really flying by. How did you do on last week's challenge? Let me know in the comments below.

Tuesday I went for a walk and jog. I jogged for 2 miles and I walked for 4.5 miles; so, it was 6.5 miles total. I actually had a really awesome time. I discovered a really cool neighborhood. There are really large homes and a lot of them have their own horse stables. They are really pretty! There is a park there as well, so I went on the swings! :D I did have a horrifying experience that made me realize that I need to buy some tick repellent... Yes, as per usual I had an eventful walk. Basically I looked down at my shirt about 3/4ths of the way through my walk and what do a see on my shirt? A tick. I still shutter thinking about it. Thankfully nothing happened. I did, however, panic the entire way back home and quickly showered right after. I guess bugs are just attracted to me... it's not a good thing.

Wednesday I did my Fabulous Arm Workout and my Awesome Abs Workout. Yesterday I went on a 4.5 mile walk. Today I did a shortened version of my Treadmill Interval Workout. I got to the gym too late and they were going to close before I had a chance to finish it. My gym doesn't stay open late like most of the other gyms in the nation. haha So, it was a 20 minute workout instead of 45 minutes. Afterwards, I did my Lovely Legs Workout and my Bomb Butt Workout.


We all have those days when we do not have enough time to workout. Today I had a hard time scheduling my workout- I got to the gym too late! I created this quick workout that anyone can find time to do- we all have 20 minutes at some point during the day.  Complete this workout at least once this week! :D
